It is important for you to know what you are paying for therefore you are encouraged to discuss your requirements in details with us before booking. Our team will provide creative video solutions to reflect your individual preferences. We would like to know you from the very beginning, not just on a professional note but on a genuine personal level.

Approx 4-8 weeks before the wedding, our creative director will invite you for a meeting to discuss ideas for making your video special. We like to be well prepared for your day. We will ask you to provide certain essential information, carefully discuss your ideas to ensure that we understand what you have in mind for your video.

In the run-up to the wedding, if you think of questions, adjust plans, or come up with ideas please feel free to call us. The more contact we have, the better we get to know you both and get a feel for your personalities and tastes. If schedule and distance permit we will attend your rehearsal. If this is not possible, we will ensure that we visit the venue at another time.

We will NOT be intrusive on your wedding day, even on multi-camera shots. We are very experienced in documentary and event coverage and use professional lenses and equipment to capture stunning shots from a distance. During the ceremony we will find a discreet vantage point and remain there the whole time. For the rest of the day we will work away to video the best possible images for you. Unlike a wedding photographer, we do not usually engage with the client setting up shots, but focus on capturing the spontaneity and spirit of the day.

In the editing process our creative skills come to the fore. We edit meticulously to create a cinematic video product that will not look dated in years to come. Effects are used only to enhance the material, never just to show what we can do.

We actively encourage input from our clients. Our aim is to make the finished video as relevant and as meaningful to you as possible. Our creative director will be delighted to discuss your preferred style of music and suggest additional tracks wherever needed. We pay for copyright licenses for using the music you choose for us to edit to. We don't use cheesy 'copyright free' music!

At your request, the highlights of your final edit will be made available for unlimited online viewing. This complimentary service ensures you can share your special day with family and friends across the world.
