Catherine Norwood-Aird (Wei Jifen) is a professional educator, counsellor, and Yijing practitioner. She lives in Scotland, where she is now preparing a range of language training activities and corporate development programmes.

Lisa Tenzin-Dolma is a writer and illustrator, and is the author of six non-fiction books, a novel and a screenplay. Her fascination with people has led her to interview many major personalities in the Arts and Sciences for books and magazines. Northern Waves is coming soon, watch this space.

Stephanie Young and Ruth-Anne Lynch recently won a NESTA scholarship to establish Northern Waves, an innovative Internet radio station to promote the regional identity of individuals, groups and businesses in Sunderland and the North East, through the medium of sound and radio.  The station will be predominantly speech based and is due to commence broadcasting in early 2006.  Programming will include information, features, documentaries and dramas about people, places and events in and around the North.
